1. Q.: How do I locate my driver, vehicle or pick-up point?
A.: On confirmation of your booking you will receive a voucher which will specify all these details, there will also be a name and number for our local representative within your selected destination.
2. Q.: I cannot find my driver, vehicle or pick-up point on arrival?
A.: Please contact the local number or emergency number as specified on the voucher, this is the number for our local representative which will help you.
3. Q: Will the transfer be direct or stop en-route.
A.: Depending on the transfer booked, shuttle and shared transfers will pick-up and drop off people en route, private transfers provides a direct door to door service.
4. Q: My flight is delayed what do I do?
A: Our local representative monitors all incoming flights and will wait for you if your flight is delayed.
5. Q: Infants and children do we offer free and discounted rates?
A: When booking a taxi or minibus children and infants count as a passenger and will take an adults place. On shuttle services only infants is not included but please make us aware that they are coming too, by putting a note in special requests section on our booking page.
6. Q: Can I bring luggage for 10 months although im just staying for a week?
A: Bringing any oversized luggage may incur a local charge please make us aware when booking by putting a note on the special request section on our booking page.
7. Q: I want to cancel my booking, can I cancel?
A: You can cancel your booking online by using our AMENDMENTS section on the website. Please check our booking conditions for more details on charges.
8. Q: Can I amend details on my booking?
A: You can use our online AMENDMENTS section and can change almost all details on your booking. If not sure please contact us at admin@a2btransfers.com
9. Q: Im travelling to a private property and not to a hotel or apartment, can you help?
A: We can cater for any place within the specified resort/city, just please let us know the full address of the place you need to be dropped off. If you dont know the full address we can drop you off at the local tourist office.
10. Q: I decided to book a holiday at last minute and need a transfer?
A: Online bookings can normally be made before 48 hours of departure. If you email sales@a2btransfers.com we can check with our agents to see if we can get it booked up for you.
11. Q: Is it safe to book online?
A: Yes it is please check the status of our SSL certificate and our privacy policy?
