Booking Conditions


Introduction

IMPORTANT! Please read the following booking conditions carefully.
If for any reason you don’t accept these booking conditions you cannot continue with a booking!


A2btransfers.com act as booking agents on behalf of transfer providers and your contract will be made with these transfer providers. Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully. They apply to all bookings made with Golfbookers Ltd and to all members of your party. We will require full payment at the time of booking.

Your Contract with transfer providers featured on this website.

When you book a transfer, we send you an e-mail confirmation of your booking and it is at the time that we send this confirmation that a binding contract comes into existence. The date of the contract is the date that appears on the confirmation. The contract is subject to these booking conditions. All booking conditions will apply including cancellation charges and amendment fees. Once the contract is made, the transfer provider is responsible to you to provide you with what you have booked and you are responsible to pay for it, in each case subject to these booking conditions, and any other terms and conditions specific to the relevant transfer.

Please note: It is important to check carefully the details of your booking, when you receive it. If you want to cancel or change your booking later, you may have to pay amendment or cancellation costs (described below), which could result into a 100% cancellation charge. Bookings cannot be amended within 48 hours of the transfer; exceptions will only be made if there is a change in flight details. In parties of two or more people, the person who makes the booking accepts responsibility for making all payments to us for all members of the party. We will send all vouchers and other information to that person who will in turn be responsible for ensuring that the other members of the party are kept fully informed.
 
Should you wish to make an amendment or cancel your booking, we must receive confirmation by e-mail or post from the person who made the booking. We will only accept confirmation from the person that makes the original booking. If you are aged under 18 (on date of departure) and your parents or guardians are not travelling with you, they must write to us with their written consent.


Paying for your booking

Full payment for the price of your transfer is due at the time of booking. Please see our privacy policy regarding security of your personal information.

Amendments to your existing booking

Changes to existing bookings is possible and can be done on-line in our booking admin section, certain conditions and charges may apply when changing transfer details. If charges or fees are applied it will be taken from the original card details given.


Cancellations of booking and clients

You may cancel your booking at any time using our on-line service or requesting cancellation by e-mail. Please note that request for cancellation will only be accepted by email if the person who made booking is requested cancellation

The following cancellation policy will apply. Inside 14 days of the departure date 100% cancellation fees will apply - no monies will be refunded. 15 - 60 prior to the departure date 25% of the cost of the booking will be charged. Outside of 60 days of departure a 10% administration fee per booking will be charged.


Your Holiday Insurance

We strongly recommend you take out adequate holiday insurance. It is your responsibility to check you have adequate insurance cover: The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including return to the UK in the event of an accident or illness.

Our responsibility to you for your Booking

Because we are acting only as a booking agent we have no liability for any of the transfer arrangements and in particular no liability for any illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, unless caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages for injury, illness or death arising from your use of the transfer services, must be brought against the operator of the transfer services and will be under the jurisdiction of the law of the country in which the transfer is being provided.

Indemnity

When you book transfer through Golfbookers Ltd, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your party during the transfer. The transfer provider reserves the right at any time to terminate (before or after departure) your booking or that of any member of your party due to your or their misconduct, within their reasonable opinion. Full cancellation charges will then apply and no refund will be given. Furthermore, the transfer provider shall be under no obligation whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may occur as a result of us terminating your booking, in accordance with this paragraph. If your actions or those of any member of your party cause damage during the transfer, you agree to fully indemnify us against any claim (including legal costs) made against the transfer owner. Finally, you are also liable to make a reimbursement to the transfer provider for any damage caused, before you arrive at your destination.
