Obzor is a town and beach resort 73 km north of Bourgas and about the same distance from Varna on the other side. The E87 highway reaches the coastal section near Obzor. It is south of the Dvoinitsa river mouth. There are two 2 star and two 4 star hotels. There are forests on the mountain slopes and a long beach strip. The beach is wide and the water clean and warm. Lots to be seen is the area. 6km north is Byala a 3rd century town.
